Glancey is a vocabulary learning app by Vailgrid focused on visual study, examples, pronunciation practice, and optional cloud sync.

Include your platform, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Common Answers

• Account required: No for browsing and local study; yes for cloud sync, account deletion from the server, and paid entitlement restore.
• Ads: No.
• In-app purchases: Yes. Glancey offers optional Google Play purchases for Pro access.
• Data storage: local device storage for offline learning state; Supabase for account sync, reports, and purchase entitlements when enabled.
• Offline use: bundled vocabulary content remains available if the network or Supabase catalog is unavailable.
• Text-to-speech: pronunciation playback uses the device text-to-speech service.

Account Deletion

If you are signed in, open Glancey, go to Profile, open Account, then choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on Glancey Account Deletion.
