The baseline approach is to keep core product data on your device, avoid unnecessary accounts, and never sell personal data.
Information Vailgrid handles
User-created content, preferences, study progress, cycle logs, and workspace state are stored locally by default in the products that handle them. Vailgrid does not operate an advertising profile system and does not sell personal information.
Platform diagnostics
Apple, Google, or Microsoft may provide crash reports, performance diagnostics, installation details, or transaction information when those features are enabled by the platform or your device settings. Those providers process that information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Feedback and website contact
When you submit the website feedback form, Vailgrid receives the details you provide, such as your name, email address, product, category, page URL, and message. Feedback submissions are stored in Vailgrid's Cloudflare D1 database for review and may also be sent to the Vailgrid inbox.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Cloudflare may process request details needed to provide that service. Vailgrid may retain a salted hash of request metadata to help identify abuse without storing the raw IP address in the feedback database.
How information is used
Local product data provides the features you choose to use. Optional diagnostics and submitted feedback are used to improve reliability, answer requests, and prioritize product work.
Your choices
You can delete locally stored product data by using product-level controls, clearing app data, or removing the app. Platform diagnostics can be controlled in device settings. You may request deletion of a feedback submission by contacting Vailgrid from the email address used in the submission.
