Luovo Pro subscriptions

Everything remains available for free

All app features are free. New Pro subscriptions are currently unavailable. The next Android release uses consent-controlled, non-personalized banner ads and does not offer in-app purchases. This page remains available to help anyone with an existing entitlement.

Existing coverage

Pro belongs to the purchaser and covers that Luovo account only. Existing lifetime entitlements remain valid. The account trial lasts 14 days, does not automatically renew, and never charges you.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play. Cancellation normally keeps Pro available until the paid period ends. A refund, revocation, expiry, or payment hold can end coverage. Google Play handles payment and refund decisions under its rules.

Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your app account does not cancel a Play subscription. Cancel separately to stop future renewal.

Restore or resolve a purchase

Sign into the original app account to check an existing server-verified entitlement. Purchase and restore controls are hidden in the ads-only version. If existing ad-free access is missing, contact support; do not purchase again. No health or memory content is needed to investigate an entitlement.
