Contact
Email [email protected]. Include your platform, Natty version, connection type, and a short description of what happened.
Do not send passwords, private keys, security-key handles, tokens, recovery codes, terminal input or output, hostnames or addresses, usernames, file paths, encrypted database files, or backup files. Natty does not automatically attach diagnostics or terminal content to support requests.
Connection Safety
A new SSH host key requires review of its SHA-256 fingerprint. A changed host key always blocks until you independently verify and explicitly reconcile it. Natty support cannot tell you to bypass host-key verification or recover an unknown remote password.
Telnet is unencrypted and remains off until enabled for a specific host. Forwarding binds to loopback by default; review the exposure warning before allowing LAN access.
Encrypted Backups and Sync
Keep encrypted backup passphrases and sync recovery codes private. Vailgrid cannot read E2EE-synced entity content or recover a lost backup passphrase or recovery code. Creating an account alone does not upload your local vault.
Account Deletion
Read the Natty account-deletion instructions. The in-app action removes the optional account and server-side data while preserving local vault data on the current device.
Privacy and Accessibility
Read the Natty Privacy Policy and Natty Accessibility notes.
